The cadence is something you and your coach figure out together based on what the work actually calls for — not a default package we sell upfront.

We work differently. Our therapists help you navigate the patterns keeping you stuck, clarify what actually matters to you, and build the capacity to live that way. The work is direct, sometimes challenging, and focused on developing awareness and the courage to engage with life differently.

We don’t position people as fragile or defined by their suffering. We take suffering seriously, and we also believe that, with the right orientation, people can access their own resources, navigate adversity, and build lives organized around purpose. The real investment isn’t the hour you spend in session. It’s your willingness to engage, and to act on what you uncover.

Early sessions are wide. We’re trying to understand the terrain of your life, not just the symptoms that brought you in. You’ll be asked direct questions about purpose, direction, and what your life could look like if you were actually well. From there, the work moves wherever the pattern leads. Tools are used when they’re useful, not by default.

This isn’t a standardized protocol, a prepackaged process, or whatever’s trending.You won’t get basic underloaded band exercises, a passive quick fix, or have to commit to coming in for a lifetime. It’s not insurance-driven care that depends on a physician’s script and a 15-minute clock. And it’s not narrowly focused on a single symptom while ignoring the rest of you.

Investment

We offer both insurance-based and private pay options depending on the provider. HSA/FSA accepted. Frequency and format are flexible — aligned to your goals, not a default weekly model. Our approach is not designed for indefinite, open-ended therapy. The goal is focused, meaningful work that leads to movement.
