Kyle Ross, MA LPCC

Kyle has spent the past decade as an executive leader in mental health, also serving as a consultant, board member, graduate-level instructor, and psychedelic therapist. At Elsewhere, he steers the operational vision of the company, aligning leadership around a shared purpose, in order to execute strategy with clarity and cohesion.

Kyle is passionate about teaching and mentoring clinicians to refine their craft, develop their identity and build meaningful vocations in the field. By examining their own histories, personalities, and patterns, he believes clinicians can uncover overlooked traits that strengthen their practice and create a more genuine alignment between their “Self” and clinical work.

He is committed to creating processes for cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing- working toward a more complete understanding of wellbeing that bridges clinical practice, research, and lived experience.

Kyle is trained in Adlerian Psychotherapy, which views health as a balance of belonging, purpose, community, and the courage to meet life’s challenges. He believes meaning is central to the human experience and that uncovering one’s core values is essential to living with purpose.

His goal is to redefine the consumer experience so people are reoriented to a more expansive vision of wellness. He is also passionate about building a company culture that attracts professionals who share the commitment to reimagining healthcare.
